SWEDE WINS THE DUBAI WORLD GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP

Robert Karlsson (tall guy in red) took home £776,000 pounds today after winning the Dubai World Golf Championship in Jumeirah Golf Estates.
He won it because his close rival Ian Poulter (below) dropped the ball on his lucky marker and the marker moved.. Poulter got a penalty point so came second.
This strange mistake has cost Poulter $400,000 and the trophy..
I was there today and I saw the difference in how they both looked - Karlsson looked calm and polite. Poulter walked confidently straight through the crowd, dropping the separating rope without closing it, stressed throughout most of the game.

And who could blame him? Blame the game, not the player :-)
